Dreamport Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Dreamport Technologies, Inc. ("Dreamport," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit www.dreamport.ai (the "Site") or contact us through it.

This policy covers the Site only. Our Dreamport Intelligence platform and related client services are governed by separate written agreements and, where applicable, separate privacy terms provided to clients.

By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect only two kinds of personal information through the Site: what you send us through the contact form, and basic usage data collected automatically when you browse.

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of your message. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and hosting providers automatically collect standard technical and usage data, such as:

• IP address and approximate location (city, region, country) derived from it

• Browser type, device type, and operating system

• Pages viewed, time spent on pages, and links clicked

• The website or search engine that referred you to the Site

• Date and time of your visit

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect payment information or sensitive personal information through the Site.

3. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly and to understand how visitors use it. Cookies are small text files stored by your browser.

• Essential cookies keep the Site working and secure. They are set by our website hosting provider, Webflow.

• Analytics cookies help us count visits and see which pages are popular. We use Google Analytics for this. Google's practices are described at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies on the Site.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Like most websites, we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because no common standard exists for them.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to you and to run and improve the Site. Specifically, we use it to:

• Reply to your inquiry and follow up about Dreamport's products and services you asked about

• Understand how visitors find and use the Site, and improve its content and design

• Keep the Site secure and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

If you contact us, we may send you occasional follow-up communications related to your inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying or emailing humans@dreamport.ai. We do not add contact form submitters to a marketing newsletter without asking first.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only in these limited cases:

• Service providers who help us run the Site and handle inquiries, such as our website host and form processor (Webflow), analytics provider (Google), and email provider. They may use the information only to provide services to us.

• Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dreamport, our users, or others.

• Business transfers, if Dreamport is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. Any successor will be bound by this policy for information it receives.

• With your consent, or at your direction.

We may share aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

6. Retention, security, children, and international transfers

Retention. We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship with you, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless law requires otherwise. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months under our analytics provider's setting.

Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children. The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact humans@dreamport.ai and we will delete it.

International transfers. Dreamport is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have data protection laws different from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, for transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. We will honor these requests where applicable law provides them, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

• Access the personal information we hold about you and learn how we use it

• Correct inaccurate information

• Delete your information

• Obtain a copy in a portable format

• Opt out of marketing communications, and of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising (we do not engage in these)

• Appeal our decision if we decline your request

U.S. state residents. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with consumer privacy laws may exercise the rights above as those laws provide. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority.

EEA, UK, and Swiss visitors. We process your information based on our legitimate interests in operating the Site and responding to business inquiries, your consent (for analytics cookies where required), and compliance with legal obligations. You may also object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local data protection authority.

How to make a request. Email humans@dreamport.ai with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity by matching the information you give us with our records, and we will respond within the time required by law (generally 30 to 45 days).

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
