Dreamport Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.dreamport.ai (the "Site"), operated by Dreamport Technologies, Inc. ("Dreamport," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational website about Dreamport and its offerings. Access to the Dreamport Intelligence platform or any Dreamport services is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Using the Site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation

• Copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site, including by automated means or to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them

• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code

• Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or false, misleading, or unlawful content through the contact form

• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization

• Reverse engineer, frame, or mirror any part of the Site without our written permission

Contact form submissions. When you send us a message, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the form. Unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement with you, submissions are not treated as confidential, and no client or advisory relationship is created by contacting us.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions about our products or services, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, or change or discontinue any part of it, at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, images, video, design, and software, are owned by Dreamport or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Dreamport Technologies," "Dreamport Intelligence," and our logos are trademarks of Dreamport. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Third-party marks. Other company names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance reflects past work by members of our team and does not imply that those companies sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with Dreamport. References to government agencies describe team members' prior service and do not imply endorsement by any government agency.

Third-party links. The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

No professional advice. Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. Descriptions of results, case studies, and testimonials reflect specific engagements and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes.

Disclaimer of warranties. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMPORT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dreamport and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

5. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page and changing the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

7. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Dreamport about the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them without restriction. Sections 3 and 4, and any other terms that by their nature should survive, survive termination of your use of the Site.
